We want you to be head over heels for your Melon bag. But if something feels off, we've got your back.

made from recycled nylon — a few things to know

Every Melon bag is handmade from 100% recycled nylon, which means no two bags are quite the same — and that's the whole point. These little quirks are part of the process, not a flaw:

• stripes that don't line up perfectly
• the odd texture shift or gentle pull in the fabric
• natural marks woven into the material
• tiny holes under 5mm
• small differences in size or shape
• variations in weave texture

Think of it as your bag's fingerprint. Because these are just signs of real, recycled material at work, we're not able to accept returns based on them.

thinking of returning something?

Change of heart? No worries — you've got 14 days from the day your order arrives to start a return or exchange via our returns portal. Once that window closes, we won't be able to process a request, so don't leave it too late!

swapping for something else

Need a different size or style? We'll fire off your replacement the moment your return is on its way back to us — no waiting around for it to land first.

returns from the UK

A £4 label fee applies per parcel and comes off your refund total. Heads up — original shipping costs aren't refundable. Once your return reaches us, refunds land within 14 days.

keeping things fair

So we can accept your return, please make sure:

• the swing tag is still attached
• the bag comes back flat and unfolded, handles included too
