changed your mind?
you've got 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange through our returns portal. after 14 days, we're unable to accept requests.
exchanges
we offer instant exchanges — your new item gets sent out before your return even arrives back with us.
Uk returns
a £5 return label fee applies per parcel, deducted from your refund. original shipping costs aren't refunded. once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 14 days.
a few things to keep in mind
to keep things fair and consistent, returns must meet the following:
- original swing tag must still be attached
- items must be returned flat and unfolded, including handles
returns that don't meet these conditions unfortunately can't be accepted.
made with recycled nylon — here's what that means
our bags are crafted from 100% recycled nylon fabric and made by hand. this means each bag carries its own character. the following are natural features of the material and process, not faults:
- subtle variation in stripe alignment
- minor pulls or texture variation in the fabric
- natural markings in the material
- small holes under 5mm
- slight variations in size or shape
- weave texture differences
these aren't imperfections — they're part of what makes your bag one of a kind. returns can't be accepted for these reasons.
